Internal tool
Flexo Calculator scores an incoming order book against every LMC model using the same strict window tests as the analysis workbook, then packages the results as a printable, customer-safe report.
Sign in with your Corrugated Solutions Google account. Access is limited to an approved internal allowlist — other accounts are refused server-side.

Every order is tested against the published length, width, large panel, small panel and folding-beam windows for each machine in the LMC range.
Send a unique link plus a separate six-digit code. The customer sees aggregate runnability and model specifications — never your order rows or order numbers.

Every comparison is a strict inequality: a sheet sitting exactly on a limit is rejected.
Normal runnable requires length, width, large panel, small panel and the folding beam (D + C) to all pass. Skip-feed is only counted for sheets that fail the regular width window but stay under the skip-feed maximum.
Every comparison is a strict inequality, matching the internal analysis workbook exactly. A sheet that sits precisely on a published limit is not counted as runnable.
Order data. Uploaded rows are normalised to inches, stored privately, and are never exposed on a customer report. The public report carries aggregate counts, effectiveness figures and model specifications only.
Access. Internal views are restricted to an approved allowlist of Corrugated Solutions accounts. Customer links require a unique link plus a separate six-digit code, expire by default after 90 days, and can be revoked at any time.
Specifications should be confirmed against the purchased machine configuration before quoting. Published ranges can vary with tooling and options.
.csv, .xlsx and .xls, up to 25,000 data rows per report. Values may be supplied in inches or millimetres; the unit must be confirmed before the analysis runs.
